Know Your Brain-Mood Type and Find Your Balance!

Add in what we’ve learned in childhood, and indulged in as adults, and we have our body chemistry blueprint. This is turn affects our behavior. We may find ourselves with a non-stop need for stimulation, or a seemingly built-in inability to relax. The good news is that none of this is set in stone. We can change. The Dr. Cass Brain Questionnaire will help you find out what you need to work on to be your best, more energetic and happiest self. Mark “yes” if the question applies more than half of the time. Score 1 for each ‘yes’ answer.

  TYPE 1     Down and worried?

  • Do you tend to be negative and depressed?
  • Do you worry a lot? Have panic attacks?
  • Do you suffer from low self-esteem?
  • Do you have repeated thoughts that bother you?
