Dear Dr. Cass: I first saw you at the longevity Conference and I bought a couple of your product about 3 years ago. I am going to 51 years old in May. I have fibroids and was bleeding a lot for about year and a half. I healed myself with diet and vitamins. Now I have not had a real period for about 8 or so months. I have gained about 15 lbs. and it is climbing. I think that because of the hot flashes and lack of sleep I am accumulating these lbs. and no energy?? I am one of 15-20 percent of people who are very sensitive to caffeine, sugar, ginsing ect. I don’t eat late my last meal would be around 4:00 I would go to bed every night at 8:00’s. I would sleep for 4 hours and then I wake up for 2 more hours tossing and turning. My room is black my clock is on the floor across the room and no other electric devices are present. When I jog on the tread mill I do good for 20minutes and then i can’t finish working out I don’t have energy to comp lete the normal hour I used to run. 
My question is what is good for hot flashes and does the femme phase have any stimulating effects? Why do people sleep for 4-5 hour men and women and then we wake and what is good for sleeping through the night ?What is a good product for runners for energy and also a product for sleep? How do I get rid of the weight I accumulated? Thanks for your time
