They are signals of an underlying problem that you can uncover and treat naturally. A detailed health questionnaire (included in the workbook) will help you determine where you personal imbalances may lie.


3. Balance Your Diet, Control Your Weight: Yes, proper nutrition and adequate exercise are important elements in weight control, but this session also addresses easily reversed brain chemistry imbalances that may be weight control saboteurs.


4. Spring Cleaning: Detoxify Your Body: We’re all surrounded by a toxic soup.
