Are you an optimal breather? Proper breathing is both a skill and a natural body function. Did you know that with each breath, your entire spine gathers and lengthens? Likewise with each inhale your torso widens and with each exhale it narrows. Allowing a constant, subtle internal motion of the entire body. That is in addition to getting oxygen to all your tissues of course. Poor breathing patterns can seriously affect your physical health as well as your mental and emotional well being.
