My career as a health chef started with the Pritikin Program in Santa Monica (1987). Over the years I have developed cooking methods to create flavorful and clean food. Something that you said today is so true! That is when a person transitions to a healthier lifestyle diet with adequate proteins, and less refined carbs, the palate changes and we don’t have the same cravings for the bad foods.
